It is important to understand our health protocols when visiting our salon.

Due to the risks of infection among dogs, our staff takes the following precautions to protect your pet while providing the same high quality grooming services.

First, it is required that all dogs in consideration for grooming are fully vaccinated- with verification and proof of their vaccination available for checking.

Once your pet is confirmed to be of proper health, we can move forward with the grooming. Do not bring your dog into our salon if they display the following symptoms:

• Coughing
• Excessive sneezing or nasal discharge
• Lethargic behavior or unusual lack of energy

During the grooming process, your dog is given a private, personal experience in a disinfected environment. Towels, gloves, or any other products used in the process are not re-used and are discarded immediately after the session.

While the pet waits to be picked up after an appointment, a blanket is placed over a temporary crate to reduce aerosol spread. The crate itself is also disinfected before and after each use.

It is imperative we all do our part in ensuring the health and safety of our furry friends, as well as making you and your pet feel comfortable when needing routine hygiene care & maintenance. Virus numbers seem to be decreasing; however, we remain diligent in our sanitation.
